Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
*Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized or stitched products
- Accessories, innerwear, or hijabs (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at return@zksfashion.com with your order number and clear images of the product
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
*Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
*Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- Share clear images/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
Return Shipping
